01

Who we are

Vylew is a performance marketing studio based in India, working with brands worldwide. In this policy, “Vylew”, “we” and “us” mean Vylew, which decides how your personal data is used. For anything about your data, email info@vylew.com.

02

What we collect

We only collect what we need to reply to you and do the work.

  • What you send us. Your name, email, brand or company, website, rough monthly ad spend, preferred call times and your message. Our contact page opens your own email app, so this reaches us as an ordinary email.
  • If you become a client. Access to the ad, analytics and store accounts needed for the audit or the work. How we handle that data is set out in our agreement with you.
  • Basic technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider records server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure and working.
  • Analytics and advertising data. We may use tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and measure our own ads. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before they run.
03

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls.
  • To run the audit or the work you hire us for, and to bill for it.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To measure and improve our own advertising.
  • To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we never use your business’s account data for anyone else.

04

Legal bases

If you are in the EU, the UK or a similar jurisdiction, we rely on: contract (to reply to requests you make and deliver work you hire us for), legitimate interests (to run and protect our business and site), consent (for analytics and advertising cookies, where required) and legal obligation (for example, keeping invoices).

05

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run Vylew, under their own privacy and security terms:

  • Email and file storage providers.
  • Our website hosting provider.
  • Analytics and advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, if and when enabled.
  • Professional advisers, or authorities when the law requires it.
06

International transfers

We are based in India and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. When we move personal data across borders, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

07

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don’t become work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Client data: for the length of the engagement and as our agreement sets out, then returned or deleted.
  • Invoices and records: as long as tax law requires.
08

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. This includes rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and US state laws such as the CCPA.

Email info@vylew.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

09

Cookies

The site itself does not need cookies to work. If we turn on analytics or advertising tools, they may set cookies or similar technology. Where required, we will ask before they run, and you can change your choice at any time.

10

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and limited access. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please don’t send passwords or payment details by email.

11

Children

Our site and services are for businesses. They are not aimed at anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

12

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions or requests: info@vylew.com.
